FOR REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS PLEASE NOMINATE A PHARMACY SO THAT WE CAN SEND YOUR PRESCRIPTION ELECTRONICALLY.

How to Register as a Patient

Patients can register with the surgery by collecting and completing a GMS1 Practice Registration Form.

This can also be collected on behalf of a patient. As part of registration we recommend that the patient attend for a Health Check.

EXTENDED ACCESS

Healing Health Centre is part of a federation who is providing access service between 6.30pm - 8pm monday to friday, 8am-12am saturday and sunday and also bank holidays. this service is provided from Clee Medical Centre
