Wheelchair access

Healing Health Centre has easy accessibility for wheelchair users. There are designated parking spaces for wheelchair situated near the main front doors.

We have a wheelchair for our patients. If you struggle to get out of your car at our car park and need to use our wheelchair to enable you to use our service please speak to our reception team.

The surgery will be closed on bank holidays

If you have an urgent issue please call 111. In an emergency call 999.

Out of hours

To access out of hours services contact 01472 256256. You can also ring NHS 111 – this service is for advice on non-urgent cases.

Complaints and suggestions

Your views are valuable to us. We welcome ideas and suggestions.

You can make an appointment to see the Practice Manager. Alternatively, you can write your complaints or praise or suggestion in an envelope marked ‘Personal’ for the attention of the Manager.
