Prescriptions

Please note that we do not take prescription requests over the phone. You can request this by posting your prescription counterfoil, bringing the counterfoil to the surgery, online request or through engage consult.

These requests are completed within 48 working hours. Most of the prescriptions are sent by ETP (electronic prescription) so that the patient can collect it from their nearest pharmacy.
